Bio
Henrik Lundgren is a researcher at Thomson’s Corporate Research Lab in
Paris since June 2006. He holds a Doctor’s degree in Computer Science
from Uppsala University,
Sweden (March 2005). He was a Post-doctoral researcher at the University of California, Santa
Barbara, USA, April 2005 — March 2006. Prior to his
post-graduate studies, he worked 2
years as a researcher and R&D engineer in telecommunications at
Ellemtel Utvecklings AB (a joint Ericsson
& Telia
research
laboratory), Stockholm, 1996-1998. His current research interests
include mobile and wireless computer communication systems, with a
focus on experimental studies of wireless networks.

The current research activities are primarily
carried out within the framework of European projects
OPNEX" - Optimization driven Multi-Hop Network Design and
Experimentation. OPNEX is a 3-year project comprising 5
collaborative
partners, and is funded by the EC under the FP7-IST program.

WIP" - An All-Wireless Mobile Network Architecture. WIP was a
3-year project comprising 8 collaborative partners, and was funded by
the EC under the FP6-IST program.The WIP project finished December 31st, 2008.
